We collect: (a) Account info (name, email, dealership), (b) Dealership data (customers, vehicles, service records, sales), (c) Usage data (pages viewed, features used, time spent), and (d) Payment info (processed securely via Square).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: (a) Provide the Service, (b) Train our AI co-pilot on dealership workflows (de-identified), (c) Improve product features, (d) Send product updates and security alerts, and (e) Comply with legal obligations. We never sell your data.

3. Data Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized employees on a need-to-know basis. We conduct regular security audits. No security is 100% guaranteed—use of the Service means you accept this risk.

4. Data Retention

We retain your dealership data while you have an active subscription. Upon cancellation, we retain anonymized usage data for up to 12 months. You can request data deletion anytime.

5. Third-Party Services

We use: Square (payments), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email). These services have their own privacy policies. Your data may be processed outside your country.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) Access your data, (b) Export your data, (c) Correct inaccurate data, (d) Delete your data, and (e) Opt out of marketing emails.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
